Hi I joined a couple of days ago. Do I have to earn 100% reputation by playing games? At the moment mine is 83% but there haven’t been any negative marks as far as I can see.

Yes, by playing games and completing them, meaning not quitting (or disconnecting) in the middle and being expelled by the other players.

and if there is a problem with the Internet and the connection is interrupted during the game, it will turn out that I left the game, although not of my own free will. Then, too, will points be minus?

Yes
Leaving your game, either willingly or by accident affects your reputation, as it also affects your opponents playing experience. It is impossible tonprove to BGA whether it was intentional or not. Hence why you should avoid getting a low reputation, and if you often have an unstable connection, it is better to play turnbased games.

this is bad, although it is logical. you sit and play for yourself and then suddenly the Internet turns off

The first time it happens, it may not be your fault, but the penalty is not severe. But if it happens once, you are on notice that it is possibly an issue. If you continue with real time games after that, then it becomes more your fault. Turn-based play is not affected by intermittent connection problems and is an option if you routinely have issues.

And 3-5 other people sit there waiting for the offline person to make their move, wasting precious time. The only way to tone down such harmful behaviour is a penalty system.
