There are games where getting "better rolls" isn't possible (what would you do in Chess? Increase chance of playing white?) or very non-trivial (which hand is "stronger" in 7 Wonders, taking into account draft nature of the game? Which tile is "better" in Carcassone? Which card is "better" in RftG?) Sure it is easy to do in some other games, like in Stone Age "more pips is better", but it'd be easy to prove that it's happening, and the fact that there was no such proof provided after many years is supposed to mean something.

If it was true - better dice rolls for premium. You can just imagine all the calls for a refund where they lost a game because the didn't get the dice rolls they needed.

You seem to be basing your hypothesis only on yourself so I looked at your 10 most recent games of Carcassonne and you lost 4 of them, against Premium players. However, the 6 other games you won, they also were against Premium players.
You know why? Because Carcassonne is a Premium game and you are not a Premium member so you have to wait for a Premium player to make a room. It doesn't prove anything that you lost against Premium players so Premium players are favoured. What are you going to say about the 6 games you won against Premium players?
You lost to Premium players because it is skewed, but you won against others because you are definitely better?

Do you genuinely think the developers would have added in the code of their games "Premium player = get tile A" "Non-premium = get tile B", that's really silly thinking and nearly impossible for most games because the state of the board is always evolving that the right tile, card, dice roll, whatever, could really depend on whatever you're building. The computer doesn't know what build you wanna go for in Res, maybe you don't want to draw your great card turn 1 because you want to discard the worse cards earlier. Does the computer, seeing you are premium, give you the great card in your opening hand because it's meant to be better? Or does it understand that you need to discard cards first so you will only draw it in round 2?
