How can I avoid players that accept a game and never play?

I've started several games where someone will accept and then...never show up to play. What gives? Is there a setting to avoid this? I've sent messages to several tables, asking if they meant to join the game and proposed abandoning. Sigh...

Sure, use table restrictions on who can join tables you start. You can restrict by reputation, which should stop people who have a habit of cancelling games from joining yours. Or just play with your friends.

This platform really needs an option to kick players who do not confirm participation from the "lobby" (the screen where everyone confirms starting the game) after 30 seconds or something. It's incredibly frustrating to have a game that you waited several minutes to start get ruined by these people.

If it happens give the player a red thumb and select just my opinion and you won't ever have to play them again
