Same IP?

I am a new user of this platform. At first it was no problem playing with other people in this hospital. Now it says we cannot play because we have the same IP address? We are in totally different parts of the building, so I don't know why this is a problem. What can I do?

At least one person at the table will have to have premium membership.

Other reports seem to suggest that BGA remembers when two accounts share the same IP, and the restriction remains in place even if they are later in different cities.
