Lithuanian translation

I request for an option to translate BGA to lithuanian. I'm a native speaker, have some experience in traslating texts and willing to help BGA with one more language.

Hi Uxhmer,

I opened up translation for Lithuanian today (http://en.boardgamearena.com/#!translationhq?lang=lt_LT). For information, usually we make the translation available when about 80% of the 'main site' module has been translated (so that the main site functionnality can be understood by someone that don't speak English)

It's nice to finally see BGA in lithuanian!

One issue though: something is wrong with the date format and I'm not sure who is responsible for this, but I couldn't find a string in the translation center that would seem to be the reason of this.
For example:

08ė8./24./08. at 23:40

I have no idea what that 08ė8 means, but I think the correct form should look like this "2013-08-24". If you are not able to switch the months with days or change the punctuation, at least change the abomination of 08ė8 into an actual number that would represent the year.

I'm glad to know that you enjoy it
For the date patterns, in the mainsite module you can search for the source string m/d/Y.
You'll see 3 strings that represent the formatting of date objects.

m is for month
d for day
Y for year on 4 characters
H for hour
i for minute

For example m/d/Y is currently translated with mėn./d./m.
If you change it to Y-m-d you will have an output of the type "2013-08-24"

Well, I changed the date and time strings to what they should be. Quite a lot of time has passed, but in some places the problem seems to be "stuck".

Sorry, I forgot to list one of the date strings to change, which is "m / d / Y" (with some spaces)
If you translate this one, every date translation should be the same after that.
