[GO44] Grand Opening - Round of 128

Welcome to the second step of our Grand Opening tournament ! We got off to a shaky start, but the first round is completed ! Congrats to everyone who make some amends to play your game, in real time and without being late !


The scenario of this round is Battle for The Mesnil Adelée! Difficulty increased : now both sides want to take the same objective medal..

Change from JDRommel scenarios : Only the church is worth a medal, for both sides.

To create a custom game : simple game, real time play, manual table. Then select training mode, 2 ways, standard format, scenario from the front, m44 file.
When your opponant is there, load the game, BGA will then ask you to search for the .m44 file .
Scenario will be available tomorrow for downloading !

I tried to start a training mode game using the .M44 file.
I created the table using the instructions above.
However my opponent reported that the system was asking him to upload the .M44 file which he did not have.
I could not upload the .M44 file as the system told me that it was not my turn.

Can someone explain, again, how this is meant to work? Thanks.

Note: When I tried again I was able to upload the .M44 file as I had the first move.

Is it a bug that sometimes one's opponent must upload the file when they can't?

Well both players need to download the file in case there is a problem.
If it not working, leave the room and create a new one.

Match and result: CesareRaf: 12 - LordCommander: 10

First round: CesareRaf (Allies): 6 medals, 22 figures - LordCommander (Axis): 5 medals, 15 figures

Second round: CesareRaf (Axis): 6 medals, 22 figures - LordCommander (Allies): 5 medals, 18 figures

Match: the both of us fought openly without waiting or covering too much. In both rounds there were open fights with tanks. In the first round I occupied the church as the Allies, and in the second round LordCommander with the Allies did the same. However, this was not enough to win the second round.

Cheers to LordCommander who was nice and easy going, allowing our schedules to match soon and easily despite the 6 hours time difference!
