Hello guys ! Today we open the registrations for the 5th season of the BEWOLF !
WOLF and the BEWOLF are legendary tournaments for the Memoir'44 Online community that are running since 2014. There are two ground rules for this tournaments :
- Tournament start the 1st January and end the 30th November. You have to play a battle each month, with one bonus month during the summer holiday (one match for July/August). 10 battles, eleven months. This is a swiss round tournament. So each month rankings will be updated and you will play against someone near in the rankings. Due to the high number of rounds : you can play the same player in different battles, up to 3 times.
- All scenarios are fictives scenarios, which can be inspired by real events, movies... All these scenarios are in 8 medals and both sides have 6 cards.
Points and rankings system :
-Total victory / 4 points / The Officer wins both sides of the map.
-Decisive victory / 3 points / The Officer wins one side, but have more medals in total than his opponent.
-Draw / 2 points / The Officer wins one side of the map but have the same amount of medal than his opponent.
-Decisive defeat / 1 point / The Officer won one side but have less medals than his opponent.
-Total defeat / 0 point / The Officer loses with both sides of the map.
Tie breakers in the rankings :
- Number of points
- Medals difference (ex : winning 10-6 gives you a +4 medal difference)
- Number of medals
- Number of total victory
You have one month to organize and play your match. Please try to contact your opponent as soon as possible. If your opponent has not answer near the end of the month, you will be able to play any other player of the tournament (or one member of the staff) to count as your tournament game.
Enlistment is open and will close at 21h (CET) on December 31th.
WARNING ! This is not an usual BGA tournament. You will not receive any noifications from BGA to start a game, you will need to check the forum every month to know your opponent and which scenario to play. Your games also need to be played in real-time. You will need premium in order to join the tournament and create your games.
