I'm disappointed that I can no longer make rooms with no time limit. I understood when it was restricted to tables with friends. But now it's not an option at all. This feels like something that I as a premium member, at least, should have the option to do.

@MiBol-1986 asks a good question, though. If his brother buys him a gift card, can he apply it to extend his existing premium account. Or, more generally, when a gift card is applied to an account that is already Premium, how does that affect the end of the existing subscription? 1 year from the current end date, or one year from the redemption date?

Yes, I am confused about this too. So if someone were to receive two gift certificates worth one year, let’s say. They cannot redeem both of them and it will stack? They have to hold onto the certificate, and quite possibly lose value on one of them? Can someone please explain?

I think Ned is only on new game announcements - I wouldn't necessarily expect him on something like this.

(Although it wouldn't shock me either - but at a quick glance I also can't see him and as I said I don't have any particular expectation of him being there.)

Have you considered ever having a SALE on premium memberships? A lot of online services offer hefty discounts, even 50% around the holidays, such as on Cyber Monday.

I'll bet you'd have a lot of fence sitters signing up for a year of premium if you slashed the prices in half for a day. I'm constantly hemming and hawing about whether it's worth it to buy premium, but stick a one-day sale in my face and I probably would bite. I'm sure I'm not alone. You could get a lot of new premium members who otherwise might never bother.

A lot of BGA members are students or people with limited income and discounts are a great way to tap into that unreached market. Getting us at a discounted rate is better than never at all.

Luckily at the last price increase, they grandfathered in the previous rate at renewal.

As long as you never have to change the credit card number you used. The only way to update your card information is to cancel you membership and start a new one.

Will someone please clear up how the certificate will work? I sent the link to my family and the feedback I'm getting is several want to buy it for me.
1. Do they need an account to buy one?
2. Will the years stack? (Like our point system does)
Otherwise I will tell them to forget it and just give me cash. Thank you.
