Arena Turn Based Time Too Long

Is there a way to shorten the time for turn based Arena games? 2 days between turns is a bit long I have one game that has been going on for 10 days now.

2 days might be a bit much.
But I would completely halt my Arena playing if it were to go lower than 1 day.

People simply have busy days sometimes.

If a game turns slow, there is an easy solution... just open up a second Arena match!

I have the same feeling, in arena turn based the turns just take sooo long to complete, and that is even more annoying when this happens for minor actions, such as retreats or not ambushing the opponent's attack.
However, they are not going to change turn based mode, it is though to allow people to play only once in one of two days. If this annoys you (as it happens with me), just don't play turn based and play in real-time when you have got that free hour.

Adding more games just adds to less face to face play and I think as time goes on with Memoir44 on BGA these things we have been discussing will be more relevant as players drop out

Time setting has nothing to do with arena, just setup the table time settings as for a regular game (or change your arena settings to make sure you only join faster turn based tables)

Has anyone been successful at creating a turn based Arena game with “fast” turn settings?

I did not know we could adjust our turn based time preferences on Arena and I wonder how many other players just have it set to default.
I changed my setting to prefer fast and I did not get one match after letting it search for 20 minutes or so

Thats Nothing. Been waiting all day, in non-Arena mode. Try waiting for a non-random, real-time Base game mode, you'll never get to play!

I just got home from work and still waiting for someone to match up to Arena Fast turn based....Been 11 hours or so so its either not working or players are not adjusting the settings to fast turn based
Face to Face games should not take that long to find an opponent...This is turning into a turn based website for M44 are we turning off players?
Is there a way to see how many games are played F2F currently compared to when M44 appeared on BGA
