Why do I still get Training games for Memoir 44?

Why do I still get Training games for Memoir 44?

I disabled that option in the Game settings and I still sometimes get Training (non-ranked) games...

Before you join a non arena game you can see what settings the player that set it up has picked and you can either accept or exit
