missing metadata image (game title image)

I am trying to request Beta status for my game, but get this error message

Requesting status change to 'BETA' for 'crazyeights' (version '221222-1900')
ERROR: missing metadata image (game title image)

What is the game title image? What size does it have to be?

I have checked other projects and studio doc. I can not find a game title image or information about this.
