New lobby (integrated to game page)

The new UI is horrible and mostly useless (after you use it after the first time). Zoomed out view with comments...

At the very least, the players should be able to remove the top and bottom views per game after they have already played the game before. It cuts down on bandwidth and the server resources.

Is there really no way to make a table, share a link in a discord to see if anyone wants to play, then start the game with less then the max player count? Between this and the "no more no time limit with friends unless it's training mode" BGA is quickly becoming a site I don't feel like using much anymore.

Rematch is broken ?

This new "lobby page" seems to completely break the experience of "rematch".
Instead of going to a page where you can accept or deny, it goes to this useless page and you can not do anything to reach your "table" again.

Often people will give up and not rematch due to this. Can we revert back for rematch ? This is REALLY annoying

I figured there is - but it requires far more clicks: you open a table, then! Go to "play now" (old lobby) and from that view, enter the table. Then you have the link you can use, and discuss in table chat.
I'm so much annoyed that entering the table isn't anymore the default...

+1 for everything said by Stroom here (I also pointed it earlier, with suggestion of togglable -open/hide- red area, and it was ignored )

I almost never go to the forums. I didn't see any "news" about a new lobby and was trying to figure out why this new (awful) splash screen kept randomly appearing. It's NOT intuitive. It's not easy to set up a game. It's impossible to do a rematch if you get redirected to this dark background lobby of despair. It also has a bug with one being trapped into a game that you can't escape unless you play something else. I reported it as a bug, but not knowing this was a new "lobby", I didn't tag it as "new lobby". I titled it "Can't cancel game I didn't intend to start from new "splash screen"

Le nouveau lobby est vraiment pénible ... depuis qu'il est là, quand j'ai le malheur de m'en servir, la fonction "uniquement avec mes amis" déconne plein tube, j'ai très souvent des joueurs étrangers qui intègrent la partie & c'est très désagréable de les expulser parce que si je demande rien qu'avec des amis, c'est pour ne jouer qu'avec des amis. Si je voulais jouer avec d'autres personnes, j'irai en arène ou en tournoi ... ajoutons à cela la disparition du temps illimité, la multiplicité des clics & reclics pour faire une action & la lenteur de chargement de certaines pages, BGA commence vraiment à me lasser ...
