Bring back Turn Based "No Time Limit + Friends Only"

I almost exclusively play with friends on the "no time limit" option. Usually, we make our moves every day, but from time to time, work and other obligations get in the way and we can't get to the table, so we always use "no time limit". We love being able to see our ELO rankings for each game (only possible in ranked games, not training games) because we can see who excels at what games, and where we are more evenly matched. Losing this function/option has had a huge negative impact on our experience.

That's how I play most of my games. Especially people with kids with variable playing, the vacation isn't a good option. And having it blinking at them saying they're out of time isn't a great option either. We're friends and I support them taking as long as they need. If it's a month in between turns, that's fine. We're all friends.

Encore une chose que je viens de remarquer, on nous donne comme solution de jouer en mode entraînement pour jouer sans limite de temps ...
OR le souci, c'est qu'en mode entrainement, on ne gagne pas d'elo ... OR, sans elo, quand un nouveau jeu arrive, on démarre à 0 elo & on ne peut donc pas atteindre les 100 elo requis pour jouer une partie en mode arène ... alors comment on fait ? ...

Adding one more voice to bring this back. I'm a premium user who has never posted in the forums before.
No time limit with friends is the most practical way for my friends & family to play and to enjoy competition between ourselves.

I have no patience for free market entities who are willing to self-sabotage by alienating their customers or degrading the customer experience. This is often done for political reasons (virtue-signaling, wokeism, etc.). This time it isn't political, but instead to fix a 'problem' I don't think anyone was complaining about. It's totally silly and all the worse for the silliness.

I cancelled my subscription renewal and let them know why. I'll be looking at competitors to see what's out there. Maybe I'll stay, maybe I'll resubscribe even if the change stays, but they have no reason to be surprised if I don't.
