Color Preferences

I play Can’t Stop quite a bit and when both players have the same color preference only one gets to play that color. It is always so confusing to me since I am usually that color and in that particular game I am not. I would suggest that neither play should be that color to reduce confusion and creat an advantage for the player without their usual color.
