Do you like Memoir'44 and do you live in Western Europe?
Then you can play Memoir'44 on a real table against players from all over the world (Ok mostly Western Europe and some US citizens crossing the great pond to join us)
For the nineth time, the Memoir'44 Brigade Netherlands will organise the Dutch Open on 4&5 March 2023.
Knowledge of the basic game is sufficient to be able to play. The extra rules will be sent well before the start of the tournament and additional explanation will be given during the tournament.

In summary:
3 matches (both sides) on Saturday and
3 matches (both sides) on Sunday
Recommended: on Saturday evening you can book the buffet and afterwards we play some Memoir'44 in a relaxed atmosphere while enjoying a drink.
Of course, nobody goes home without the played scenarios (printed on porster size) and we might have some nice surprises.
This year we follow the 79th Armored Division.
Led by Major-General Percy Hobart, tanks were modified to solve the problems of landing on the French coast. These unusual tanks were named after Percy: "Hobarts Funnies". There were those who could sweep mines, lay bridges, fill trenches, lay carpets and blow up defenses.
After the landings we will move further inland with the 79th Armored Division.
