ELO in cooperative games

I'm sure there is a different thread to put this on but when I searched Pandemic, you can imagine how many results I got.

Anyway, we played pandemic and won. At the end 3 out of the 4 of us got 30 ELO and one of us (me) got 20 ELO. One of the persons who got 30 started with more than me and 2 started with less than me. It just didn't seem logical. Is there a bug or is it a strange algorithm problem?

Any clarification would be helpful.

Unfortunately, k-factor is not visible in Pandemic. It's the multiplicator of elo, you gain (and lose) more elo during your first few games.
You have 15 games of Pandemic in your profile, so you already hit that limit.

The elo of all others players were x3 since it was their first few games. Your was x2 since you still haven't too much games played.
