I fell into an ambush with these 3 Czechs. They team, they harass, they insult, they are racist and then they report!

Please do something.

If what you say is true, then they are flamebaiters. Don't provoke or even say anything. As long as you don't have a quitting record I would just quit (10 reputation is easy to rebuild and most players won't kick you with 90 rep). Then red thumb them all. As soon as you respond they will just use that to report you and you will lose and get a reported penalty, better to just walk away, plus then they won't get anywhere as much ELO for the win.
