Hello,

I sent an email to contact@boardgamearena.com on Jan. 17th about a problem with my account but have not yet received a reply.

Is there someone on this forum who can review and respond?

You shouldn't use this address anymore but use the contact us/support link at the bottom on the page to open a ticket...

Also 2 days is an expected delay...
