Repeatedly disconnected from the server

Has anyone suffered this problem as I do ?

This problem has troubled me since this Christmas. Before I enter a game, everything in the main page is fine. However, once I enter a game, the "loading" message sticks in the middle of my screen, never disappearing. Then, a bunch of "disconnected from the server" would jump out form the right hand side of the website. Refreshing my page doesn't help, the "disconnected" message keeps jumping out. I've tried using different computers and using my mobile phone, I've also tried using different browsers such as Chrome and Edge, I've even created a new account to test out, but no matter what I do, this problem doesn't disappear.

If anyone has suffered such problem before and knows how to deal with it, please kindly let me know.

Same problem here ,I am in UK and from @ August I encounter this issue.

Did either of you figure out how to resolve the problem? I tried to play two games (Azul) today; everything was fine at first, but then I was disconnected from the server and unable to do anything to get back in. Reloading/refreshing/changing browsers all failed. My internet connection was fine and all other websites loaded fine and I tried running diagnostics through the Boardgamearena site and it said everything was ok. My previously perfect reputation took a huge hit and now I'm afraid to try to play again.

I had a repeated similar issue today. I try to start games and the page does not tell me the other person agreed and the game has started. My turn and the timer is ticking and the screen tells me the game is still waiting to start. No way to tell the page is frozen.

Is that what you are experiencing?

I realized that I was impacted by nationwide internet connectivity issues (in Italy) this morning. I'm pretty sure that was the culprit!
