How to start a game: have the steps changed recently?

Hello, I am a premium member and in the last month or so, starting a game with my friends has changed. Most of the time, I can not get the game to start. All players have accepted my game request but I cannot start the game. BGA is still looking for players, even though I have the right number. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how do you start a game with friends (non premium members)? Thanks

Try starting it on the play now page rather than the game page. This seems to work better for some reason

If you still have this problem, it is best to create a bug report on https://boardgamearena.com/bugs

It would be helpful if you described the problem there more precisely: Did you use the old lobby (Play now page) or the new lobby (game page)? What does it mean you couldn't start the game - did the start button not appear or did it not react on your click (or anything else)?
