Help with e-mail recovery!!

I use facebook to Login. The old e-mail associated with my facebook account no longer exists. so I can't receive any e-mails at all!

When I try to change to a new e-mail on BGA, it requests for a password. I don't have a password, there is no password I can input!! I use Facebook to login!!

What can I do?? Help please

There is a link below labeled "Contact us / Support." I suggest using that.

Can you change the email address associated with the account (not on BGA) that you use to log on BGA?

Otherwise indeed I suggest you to contact the support, and specify well in your message to which email address you would like to have a copy of answer (because by default it is sent to the email address associated to your BGA account which is precisely the issue here).

Thank you all for your suggestions! I tried many different things and was contacted through a message on BGA by one of the community managers! They will help me solve the issue.

I am not sure which was the means that my plead for help reached them, contact support or forums, but I am finally able to get help <3

I saw your support ticket
This is always the best way to reach us. The Forums are for the Community to discuss general issues with each other and may or may not be read by Admins (we have limited hours in a day).
