Progressing from Beta to Live?

Micro Dojo has been in Beta for about 3 months now and seems to be running pretty smoothly.

I've sent multiple emails to studio@boardgamearena.com requesting the next step to progress to live but never had a response. What's the process for this?

I'm having the same issue with Legends of Hellas since July ...
that happens with not very popular games.

The game wasn't chosen to be in December bunch of releases. Perhaps this summer ?
