problem in reporting

I’ve just played a game against *, a Russian Player (see here:*)

At the end of the game, he insult me on the chat because of my Ukrainian Flag PP.
I wanted to report him but now the name in the chat is the one of another player (which only has one friend… *) so I can’t…

Did it already happen to you?
How can this be solved?

So the friend of the player you played with, insulted you?

Try reporting the friend (friend's profile) and you will be asked to enter a table nr. at some point (either from a list - in case you and the friend played games in the past - or if not... by typing it: 350398904).

If nothing appears (sometimes, the things visitors say don't appear when you want to report them - and from what you say, he/she was a visitor at your table, and not playing in that game), ASK A MODERATOR OR SOMEONE FROM BGA.
Try CONTACT US or something.
