Concede??

Post by mcqueenbee »

I was just playing Yahtzee and got my second Yahtzee. My opponent conceded. What the heck is this about? Can I give them a neg for not finishing the game?

Nope, that's part of bga for any 2p game, when you reach 50% of game progression , any player may concede to give full victory to the other player (like in chess)

Note that conceding is not abandoning or quitting: You get the full victory and the full ELO for the win, the only thing you miss is playing the last moves of the game.

Why giving him a negative rating for conceding? To concede is a legitimate way to finish a game and give the other player the win. There is no reason for any punishment.
