Bought Real 7 Wonders Duel - Problem On Premium Code

I own the physical boardgame 7 Wonder Duel. It came with a code to get premium on boardgamearena but I am unable to find the right area to put it in - would you mind directing me to the right place?

It is of the structure: XXX-1XX-1-XXXX-1X11-1XXX
