Is so, how to see it ?

When you check out another player's profile, you should see his/her current status (i.e. whether online or offline). If that player give you a red thumb, you wouldn't be able to see that status.

As for the number of players giving you the red thumb... I guess you have to take this method repeatedly, time-consuming but still works.
