The same thing happened to me too, I've been stuck since 2020 and no one has been able to give me a reason! Someone flagged you as a "translation manipulator", why you will never know. I have never manipulated translations and yet I am in the same situation as you. Over time they also told that the block would last for a maximum of 1 year, instead they never unblocked me. I am disheartened because I feel like an innocent in prison!
