how to upvote a bug report?

I don't know where to post this question, so maybe there's a suggestion in here too that there should be a more obvious place to ask general platform questions.

How do I upvote a bug report? I'd like to vote for #27773: "Misfires counter too subtle" and the only I option I see is to "add to this report".
