Red thumb karma hit

I've just been given a karma hit for too many red thumbs. However, I've just checked the players from all my recent and current games, and none of them have red thumbed me. I am right in thinking you can check this by looking to see if you can see them online/offline, right?

What the * BGA? This is the second time as well. I barely speak in the chat. I haven't quit any games or had ran out of a time much. There's clearly no recent players that don't want to play with me. I don't understand. It seemed to happen over night since I didn't get the warning until I logged on first time today. I was playing last night with no issues.

If cursing is not permitted, then why do you allow it at all in the first place?

Incorporate something that warns players about the words they have used, or even better, just don't allow posts with those words to be posted in the first place.
