Reporting a user who deactivates their account

What happens when you report a user who then deactivates their account?
Does anything happen to the report, or does it disappear?

Say for example this user had multiple accounts that helped them climb the ranks in a game. Do I need to go and report the other accounts individually now that the main one is deactivated?
