How to convert scores with new system to old one?

How can you convert scores with the new system to the old one? I'm gatherinc statistics for both real and digital games, started with the old system and just finished a game 101-107 (1-7). What is the formula? How can you convert the score to the old system?

1-7 IS the old scoring. It currently lists both.
