BGA running slow today

I logged on today at 3:30pm EST, and the site seemed a bit lacky. Did anyone else notice this, or is it just my computer?

I asked this question in the general chat and all who responded agree. This happens off and on. Sometimes it is because of a DNS attact.Sometimes the ISP on some server is having issues.
