Repeatedly getting "unexpected error"

Post by mousy »

I am in the middle of a turned-based game of Teotihuacan and am repeatedly getting this error when I try to make my move:

Unexpected error: Error while processing database request (reference: GS9 19/04 20:31:15)
If your game interface seems unstable, press F5 or click here to reload

I have tried reloading and even using a different browser, but neither of those things has resolved the problem.

Any suggestions on what I can do?

Table #367297016
Move #299
Progression 70%
It's your turn!

A new version was recently deployed. This is most likely a bug within the implementation, which should be reported here:

Edit to add, it looks like a lot of people are having the same issue based on recent reports. If these are the same issue, it would be better to upvote one of them and add details instead of creating a new report.
