Play a few more games within time and your karma will get back to 100.

You didn't leave the game by yourself, but running out of thinking time, opponents can expel you: which is pretty similar.

You can try to create or join games with a lower speed, or even use your joker if you cannot play for the next days

No, nothing went wrong, we played roundbased, enough time, and then, someone left the game. And that was me....but it wasent me. Idont know how this can be...thats annoying...but anyway.

It was your turn, you didn't play in time, and another player (rightfully) expelled you.

But while your karma is above 60/70 (ie you haven't leaved/be out of time twice recently), you shouldn't bother about it.

No, it's real. If you go to your Games in Progress page (https://boardgamearena.com/gameinprogress), there is a button at the top labelled "Use a time joker". This will give you 4 additional days of thinking time in each of your games.

Please note, the time joker works for all games except tournament games. I wasted a joker learning that in the past.
