I'm curious if there is a more direct way of contacting Support, email address etc. and getting a real life response versus copy/paste? This isn't moderation related, although I've replied to those emails with questions as well but never get a reply.

P.S. I realize this isn't a big operation with a full support staff etc., just wondering for future reference if it's even worth trying.
