The same here. My report is also closed with the same incomprehensible assertion.
This dont looks like bga is interested in acting against cheaters.

There is obviously a problem with their system. They think the player has already been punished without realising that this was a long time ago.

I am going to report again.

*Moderation Edit: please do not use the Forums to call out specific tables or players by name, this is what the Moderation Reports are for. The Forums should remain a general discussion.

I guess we won guys! The Arena board is clean and I don't see the cheaters in the charts anymore!
Happy to in this community where justice and whistles blowing actually works! I'll give that premium account more consideration now, I think it did the trick 😅

Well done BGA.

Too bad it took you 24 days and countless reports to finally do the right thing (well almost). Is the time of your players not valuable?

Next time, what about moderating with 24 hours instead of 24 days?

PS: why are the cheating accounts still active? Cheaters should not be welcome and at the very least should need to create new accounts after being found guilty. They are wasting everyone's time, so waste as much of theirs as you can.

Better late than never though I totally agree with you and they should be banned since it is not the first time.
