I just ran into this and after years on BGA and thousands of games, this is the first I've seen it. I don't know if it's specific to Wingspan, but Wingspan is a pretty new game on this site.

When I'm at the table, it says another player "may confirm or deny", and I can't do anything. But whenever I leave the table, BGA shows the spinning hourglass next to it, and the "next table" button from other games sends me to this one as if it's my turn. Anyone else run into this?
