I've just started playing Arena, I could care less about becoming the Arena champ. I simply play for sport. I Absolutely hate it when players quit the game on the second round. Sure, here on BGA they say Hurrah for Quitters!

I've read some other posts on Quitters. But I can tell you, without any doubt, if you quit while in the middle of a game, because you know you lost the match...it makes you a loser. You are an unadulterated LOSER with a Captial "L". GO ahead and cry and point the finger at me for calling it what it is, you might not see it that way, but that is the truth of the matter. Loser you are, Loser you will always be.

Could BGA Subdue quitters, make it less likely players will quit in the middle of a match, yes, they could. will they, No they won't. because you Don't call it quitting...because you don't like to be called a Loser.

Any Response from one of the many Losers out there, come on in.

Conceding when the match is lost does not make one a loser - no matter what you say.

If you're playing for sport not Arena position then don't play in the Arena. Problem solved.

I may concede in the second battle once my opponent has more medals in total than I can get.
I will generally advise that I am going to do so. If they ask me to continue I will consider the request.

If you're playing for sport not Arena position then don't play in the Arena. Problem solved.

If you'd like to play real time, don't play at all because you will not find a game, unless you wish to play Arena. It really doesn't matter. All Game Matches are prone to quitting.

When has quitting in the middle of a game ever been considered Okay? Quitting in the middle of a game is what losers do.

The only reason why you would quit in the middle of an ongoing game is if you considered yourself a total Loser! Think about it. You quit in the middle of a game that you are winning? No worries, here on BGA Losers are welcome. You're welcome.

Conceding is fine, it's part of the game and has no harmful consequences for either player. Except that you don't get to "enjoy" an uninteresting victory against an non-fighting opponent.

Quitting is wrong and penalized.

In both cases, you lose the game (I mean, the person who quits or concedes), so yes, you're a loser. Or are you using the term "loser" as an insult? Because insults are not allowed in BGA...
