Ciao, è sufficiente che tu ti logghi col vecchio account e vada nelle impostazioni alla sezione account (https://boardgamearena.com/preferences?section=account). Da lì puoi chiedere la cancellazione. Dubito che accettino la richiesta se non proviene direttamente dall'account interessato.
