"The hill that runs along the beach is a cliff. Moving up the cliff from the beach is a 2 hex move. From the inland side, treat it as a normal hill in battle and for movement."

The hill that runs along the beach is a bluff. Moving up the bluff from the beach is a 2 hex move. Tanks may not move up the bluff from the beach. From the inland side, treat the bluff as a normal hill in battle and for movement.

The hill that runs along the beach is a sea bluff. Moving up the bluff from the beach is a 2 hex move. Tanks may not move up the bluff from the beach. From the inland side, treat it as a normal hill in battle and for movement.
1. Can tanks move down the bluff of cliff?
2. Is moving down the cliff of bluff to the beach 2 hex move?
3. Is the cliff/bluff movement rules exactly same in all those scenarios? If not what is the differences?
4. Do you understand the word 'cliff' as a steep slope between the beach and higher land of as a hill tile? (This difference is VERY important)
5. If moving down the cliff from the hill to the beach is 2 hex move of not allowed to some units, should it be explicitly stated?
(I am translating the game in Finnish and I need to understand the rules quite exactly. I also need to know how people understand the English expressions and do the original English texts need clarification. I have also filed a bug reporth of this, but as this more a matter of linguistics and not programming, I brought it here)
