I don't think it's "now locked", it's just that automatic groups are always like that, you need to play the game to join, and you cannot send messages, only the admins and developers can.

Got it. I thought as the designer, I could send messages but I wasn't able to. Maybe I'll contact them to see if I can be made an admin. Thanks!
