she 's already have an account and wants to keep her saved games

Not sure what you actually want to achieve. Is her saved games on your account, or you just want transfer your premium to her.
Transferring of saved games to other account is probably not possible. Giving premium to someone else is possible (but you give new premium, not the one you already paid on your account), here https://boardgamearena.com/premium?offer&src=premium
