Sponsor from reputation range

Is there a bug with play sponsors within reputation range? It seems I am unable to do it when the action is level 2 and I have the right sponsorship power.

I haven't had any problems. Any chance there was a prerequisite condition you didn't meet? Most don't have prerequisites, so I know I sometimes miss it at first when they do.

As always, though, if you link to the game and move number, that's the best way for people to check and help you out.
