Game Viewing Question

There is a user who often watches my games. I have given this user a red thumbs down (noted that it was just a personal opinion) and asked them in chat to please leave my games but they persist. Is there anything else I can do? I find it quite distracting. Thanks

In the past there was an X to remove a spectator from games, but recently I have no longer seen it. Maybe only the host has that option, though.
