Can someone tell me, how the green card are about 64 point(if I'm correct). Can't go back to replay.

3x3 (3 stones) + 5x5 (5 gears) + 3x3 (3 compasses) + 3x7 (3 sets of 3) = 9 + 25 + 9 + 21 = 64.

In general, the Sets of 3 are more important, so your Scientist Guild is considered a Stone (because you only had 2 stones per se - the fewest of all symbols).
So until now you have 3 stones (1 by the "joker" Scientist guild), 4 gears and 3 compasses; so 3 sets of 3, each worth 7 points.

The 2nd. Wonder Stage of babylon now... is obviously considered a Gear, because you already have 4 - the most of the 3 symbols (16 points), so that Wonder stage gives you 9 points (4x4 16 -> 5x5 25).

So: 3 stones, 5 gears and 3 compasses; 3 sets of 3.

If for arguments' sake, there was another "joker science symbol", you would have 4 of each symbol (16 + 16 + 16 + 16 + 4x7 = 64 + 28 = 92, which is huge...).

64 science points is the best score, given your situation.

Here was my conclusion:

If you got four time the same element more than your lowest element, you would want to add another element to it. Else, if you can gain the bonus of +7, you would want the bonus.
The two scenarios would be 4/0/1~4 and 5/1/2 (exactly, since with 3~4, you would want two extra series instead as 4/3/3~4) where all of them are better if you increase your highest type and don't take the bonus.

And finally, if you have two bonus and need to use both to get a serie, the only case where it's good is 1/0/0 (edit: and 2/1/1, 3/2/2, 4/3/3, apparently I forgot those last time).
