Tuaregs are called Blue people, and according to wikipiedia, they are "largely matrilineal". I've found two games about Tuareg people:

Tuareg (2011) http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/108705/tuareg
Targi (2012) http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/118048/targi

I guess (and I hope) it is the second one.

Good guesses! The answer and next game on BGA is indeed Targi, a game from Andreas Steiger. Congrats to Anansi who got it just from the first clue ;)

Village ? Oh, please let it be Village. We play this all the time, me and my wife. One of our favorite games.

EDIT : Arf, too late and wrong guess. I don't really liked Targi. But thanks having added this game.
