My game preferences in lobby continuously reset

How do I get the reputation preference to remain set to restrictive on games. I always set this only to find that it has been reset to "no preference". I want this to remain "restrictive" always.

The preferences are per game based, so if you play a game you never played before, you will have to set your reputation preference for this new game too.
