Continually matched with players who continually refuse

Post by tgalos »

I get matched with PlayerXYZ, who refuses to start match, then I try again, and get matched with him again, etc.

Can't you just red thumb the ones who do that?

Doesn't that seem like the normal solution for such annoying lacks of respect?

Probably a lot of players have the "automatic" mode turned on, instead of the objectively better "manual" one; but they don't know or care to make the correct settings (nr. or players for a game etc.).

So if you set up a table for 2 players and they auto-join but don't like that game in 2, they decline and your table might get destroyed, leaving you to recreate it.

So red thumb them into oblivion... no need for this rhetorical stuff.

I've always suspected this is because either (a) you have a bad reputation or (b) they don't like your rating... it's too low or too high. And ZM is probably right about them not using manual settings.

Now that I think about it, the poster is a bit vague regarding who the host of the table is.
I assumed he hosts the tables and the other ones (who refuse) join.
