1 day 1 news: "rematch" button

Post by sourisdudesert »

We recently introduced a lot of new little things on BGA, and thus during some days we propose you to talk about one of this novelty everyday: "1 day 1 news".

From one week you can use a new "propose a rematch" button at the end of a game. Using it, you can create a new table with the same game and the same options, and all your previous opponents are invited to join.

Don't hesitate to give us your feedback about it!

If I have time and opponent is good player I always propose a rematch. It's faster than making table all over again but I would add there two things:
1. something that without refreshing would inform us that one of the players proposed a rematch
2. only one person can propose a rematch - rest is automaticaly moved to that table after hitting "propose a rematch"

@Trociu: you should be warned in realtime when you are invited to a rematch (no need to refresh).

ok, everytime i was the one proposing rematch. Only once, after proposing i saw that someone was faster - probably it was refreshing page which occured in the same time and caused that no one saw the adnotation.

Very nice feature !

When you propose a rematch, i think you shouldn't have the timer countdown (30s), and you would notify your opponent (same as for suggestions in the chat).

@Yorgad:

You are right, the timer will be disabled for rematch.

of course it is a very nice and convenient addition(proposing a rematch).
But this timer I think it is useless .But it is may useful for some players so I suggest to be able players to enable or disable this option in profile settings.
Thank you :-)
