Day after day after day of bad lag

I'm glad to announce the lag issues that some of you were facing recently, especially during pick hours, shall be now solved.

But what happened ?

• to be short : servers were overloaded
• to be a bit longer : game servers were overloaded, not all of them and mainly the turn based ones. We needed to deploy a new server to face the increasing charge for some new released games. It was installed end of last week and is now taking progressively more and more tables. Consequently, the situation is getting back to normal progressively. Sorry for the inconvenience, we'll keep on monitoring the situation.
• To be less technical and more game specific : Ark Nova release leaded to far more turn based game that we could have imagine. Let's say that some enclosure were missing for biggest animals in your zoo and we need to buy more enclosures so everyone could play together

I am still getting lag on server 10 games. Sending move to servers... and it sits... then finally my move is made.

I had glitches the last days and also now. I had difficulties to load BGA even before Login. I needed to refresh several times to open the box of Ark Nova (time-based). Now I am in the Ark Nova game but the interface lacks half of the elements:

Do you have the same issues? Is this dependend on the server? Or the game? I don't know what to adress in a bug report.

I use both Chrome and Opera on my computer. On Chrome I have various issues with different games on BGA - on Ark Nova, I have the same 'some missing parts' (what is missing changes for me). On Opera everything displays correctly.

So...trying a different browser might work for you. Ideally though, whatever is causing Ark Nova to not display everything correctly would be fixed.

Lag was worse for me yesterday than before (Microsoft Edge, no current Ark Nova games).
